Basically a smart phone, Sharpie, pen, NotePad shoulder holster.

BTW, this was inspired by the Anime Robotic;Notes where the protag has a nice leather cell phone holster.....plus I carry all that stuff at work in a shirt pocket, and a shoulder rig would allow me to wear shirts without pockets too.
